Middle Aged Queer Partners on Network Television

On Gay TV Blog, there is an interesting article on the possibility of a middle aged gay love story being part of the "Brothers and Sisters" evening dramedy on ABC. It's a great article. Check it out. After all, isn't it popular media that validates most of us these days?

I just found your blog and really like the idea. It's as you say, in this youth-centered society, being a middle-aged queer has a different viewpoint. You should write about the tendency to start being "invisible" in our gay society (it's even true in the larger US culture, too), once you hit around 50. You've touched on the subject but I don't think you've written directly on it. Anyway, I'll keep reading and watching. Thanks. (btw, my blog, for what it's worth, is http://moravings.blogspot.com). best, ke

Hey Mo. Thanks for dropping by and hope you keep reading. Your blog is great. Good point about the "invisibility" factor with older gay men. Well worth exploring on so many levels.
